Liebe Mitbewohnerininteressentin, lieber Mitbewohnerinteressent,
da ich gerne mit anderen zusammenlebe, habe ich eine neue Altbau-Wohnung gemietet, in der ich eine WG gruende. Die sehr schoene Wohnung ist tip top frisch saniert mit altem Dielenboden, frisch renoviertem Bad. In 1min Fussweg bist du an der alten Feuerwache. Ich fuehle mich immer wie im Urlaub, wenn ich dort auf dem Platz sitze und Pizza esse :) Der Neckarstrand ist 5min zu Fuss, es ist mega-chillig, dort in der Sonne zu liegen.
Wenn du dich schnell bewirbst und wir zusammenpassen, kannst du dir dein Zimmer aussuchen und den/die dritten Mitbewohner(in) mitbestimmen :)
Du wuerdest gut in die WG passen, wenn du Lust auf ein entspanntes, offenes und geselliges Leben hast und auch mal gerne etwas zusammen unternehmen willst.
Nach dem Studium habe ich ab 1.7. meinen ersten Job in Mannheim begonnen. Ich gehe gerne tanzen (Standard/Latein). Ausserdem reise ich gerne und spreche gerne Sprachen. :) Gelegentlich gehe ich rudern und schwimmen. Frueher habe ich viel Theater gespielt :)
Ich freue mich auf eine kurze Vorstellung von dir :-). Tu mir den Gefallen und erwähne "rote Boxer" in deiner Antwort, damit ich sehe, dass du auch wirklich gelesen hast, was ich hier schreibe – muss nicht sinnvoll eingebunden sein, vielleicht fällt dir aber eine lustige Geschichte dazu ein, die mir beim Lesen ein bisschen Unterhaltung bringt ;)

Hi all,
I am Michael (25) from Germany and I am founding a flatshare community in an apartment close to Feuerwache (Mannheim). Since this is a new flatshare community, the entire apartment is completely renovated with plank floor. However, you'll have to bring your own furniture, the rooms are completely empty thus far.
I am searching for an open, passionate, curious person, who is interested in building up this flatshare community so that it can be a easy-going and relaxing get-together location.
I am starting my first job at SAP as a Software Engineer. Besides, I am interested in theatre, politics, development aid, meditation, languages.
