Das Zimmer ist sehr gut geschnitten, lässt also eine große Variabilität an Einrichtung zu. Durch die hohen Decken ergibt sich ein tolles Raumgefühl und ein schönes Platzangebot. Dazu kommt noch der Dielenboden, welche das Zimmer abrundet.
Gas und der Strom sowie Müllgebühr und GEZ sind in diesem Zeitraum selbstverständlich im Preis beinhaltet.
Super Lage denn man ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten in der Stadt, mit der Linie 5 (4 Minuten zu Fuß).
In der Nähe befindet sich der Kaufpark(Aldi, Dm, etc..)welcher Käuferherzen höher schlagen lässt. Auch weitere Anlaufstellen sind in der Nähe verfügbar (Pizzaria, DHL-Station). In der Nähe befindet sich unter anderem das Clever Fit und das Fit Base.
