Hello there!
I am looking for a person to take over my room from 01.01.2021. The move in date can be flexible.
I will leave all the furniture in the room, it comprises of: bed & mattress, 2 shelves, commode, wardrobe, desk and chair.
This fee for existing equipment also includes some stuff we paid for/ bought for apartment all-together with guys, such as vacuum cleaner, microwave etc.
Location
There is a tram stop right next to the house.
By tram you can reach the city center and mannheim university within 10-15 minutes.
The supermarkets around:
- Penny (2mins)
- Rewe & Edeka (7 mins).
Although the house is rather close to the city center, the neighborhood is really nice and quiet.
In case you love running or walking and enjoying a bit of a nature, this is the best place - there is a riverside 5 mins from the apartment.
Flatshare
You will live with Boris (25) and Veronika (25). Veronika works full-time and Boris does his dualstudium at HS Mannheim and works a lot, therefore you can barely catch him in the apartment. Everyone is really busy with their own lives, so we don‘t really spent time together. But there is respect and support if needed.
