Ein schönes, helles und möbliertes (Schreibtisch, Stuhl, 1m Bett, Schreibtsichlampe, Schrank) 11qm Zimmer im sanierten Altbau. Nebenkosten beinhalten: WLAN, Putzhilfe (kommt 1x die Woche), Strom, Wasser, Heizung. Es gibt in dem Haus auch ein Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher. Darüber hinaus gibt es auch weite Sachen, die das Leben vereinfachen: Waschmaschinen, Trockner, Hinterhof für Fahrräder, Staubsauger, Bügeleisen+Bügelbrett. Der ÖPNV und Supermarkt sind ca. 2-3 min zu Fuß entfernt. Bitte nur Nichtraucher.
2 min zu Fuß zum ÖPNV, etwa 20 min vom Stadtzentrum zu Fuß entfernt (ca. 10 min mit dem Fahrrad, 5-10 min mit dem ÖPNV), Supermärkte sind ebenfalls nur 5-10 Min zu Fuß entfernt und überall gibt es kleine Kiosk-Geschäfte und Imbisse um die Ecke, die bis in die frühen Morgenstunden offen haben
Es ist eine Zwecks-WG, aber ab und zu kommt man dann doch mit den Mitbewohnern ins Gespräch und manchmal essen wir auch gemeinsam oder schauen uns zusammen einen FIlm im Wohnzimmer an
Es ist eine strikte Nichtraucher - WG und Sauberkeit ist hier sehr wichtig. Laute WG-Partys sind unerwünscht
