Schönes helles Zimmer in einer 2er WG. Es ist vollständig möbliert (Bett mit Matratze 1,40mx2m, Kommode, offener Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Regal).
Die Wohnung hat eine große Küche mit Esstisch und Sofa.
Ein Kellerabteil ist ebenfalls verfügbar.
Und Bad und Toilette sind natürlich auch vorhanden :).
Die Wohnung liegt in der Neckarstadt Ost in einer ruhigen Straße. Zur Haltestelle Schafweide kommt man in 4 Minuten zu Fuß, zum Universitätsklinikum und zur Alten Feuerwache sind es je etwa 8 Minuten. Die Innenstadt ist daher gut und schnell zu erreichen (entweder mit der Bahn oder zu Fuß).
Ganz in der Nähe gibt es Penny und Rewe (ca 3 Minuten zu Fuß).
Wir sind eine gemütliche WG, in der wir auch gerne mal zusammen kochen und essen.
Da ich aber nächstes Jahr ein Auslandssemester mache, suche ich für diesen Zeitraum eine nette Untermieterin :)
