Since my current flatmate wants to live with her boyfriend, I am looking for a flatmate for a shared flat in Neckarstadt ost. The flat has two rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom, as you can see in the pictures.
The basic rent is 375€ for the room (heating costs included) plus additional costs of 23€ for electricity and currently 13,50€ for internet. There is also an additional amount for the kitchen (about 10€ per month).
There is a wardrobe in your room, which is charged for €50.

I would be your flat mate, Zeinab, 29 years old, PhD student in neuropsychology. I spend most of my time during the week in the labs, but I try to do something together after work (cooking, playing, talking and...) if we feel like it.
As English is the only language I use to communicate with others (except Persian, my mother tongue), it would be great if you could speak German and English bilingually so that I could learn German as well.
Smoking and pets are not allowed. I am not allergic to plants at all, so the more the merrier :)
It is very important that you are considerate. WG experience or experience with your own household would be an advantage. Cleaning should definitely not be a foreign word to you.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept any enquiries where the rent is coming from the Jobcentre or Arbeitsamt.

Du würdest mit mir zusammenwohnen,also, bin Zeinab, 29 Jahre alt, Doktorandin in Neuropsychologie. Unter der Woche verbringe ich die meiste Zeit im Labor, aber ich versuche, nach der Arbeit etwas gemeinsam zu unternehmen (kochen, spielen, reden und...), wenn wir Lust dazu haben.
Da Englisch die einzige Sprache ist, in der ich mit anderen kommuniziere (außer Persisch, meiner Muttersprache), wäre esfür mich ideal, wenn Sie Deutsch und Englisch zweisprachig sprechen könnten, damit ich auch Deutsch lernen kann.
Rauchen und Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt. Ich bin überhaupt nicht allergisch gegen Pflanzen, also je mehr desto besser :)
Es ist sehr wichtig, dass Sie rücksichtsvoll sind. WG-Erfahrung oder Erfahrung mit einem eigenen Haushalt wäre von Vorteil. Putzen sollte für Sie auf keinen Fall ein Fremdwort sein.
Leider kann ich keine Anfragen annehmen, bei denen die Miete vom Jobcenter oder Arbeitsamt übernommen wird.
