Die WG hat eine tolle Lage in der Neckarstadt-Ost. In wenigen Minuten ist man direkt am Neckar, und nur 2 Minuten entfernt liegt die Haltestelle Universitätsklinikum. Die Anbindung ist also super, und die Gegend bietet viele tolle Cafés in der Nähe. Zwar ist das Zimmer zur Straße hin ausgerichtet, ich finde aber dass man sich schnell daran gewöhnt hat. Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss. Deine Mitbewohnerinnen wären Annalena (24) und Felis (21). Die beiden sind super sympathisch und gesellig, Anna schließt gerade ihr Studium in Biotechnologie ab, während Felis gerade mitten im Medizinstudium ist. Wir würden uns freuen, eine nette Mitbewohnerin zu finden, die möglichst vorhat länger hier zu wohnen. Die Miete enthält bereits alles an Nebenkosten und das Zimmer soll möbliert übergeben werden.
