Hey,
Wegen meiner Praxisphase vom 11.03. - 13.05. möchte ich mein WG-Zimmer im Eastsite Wohnheim gerne untervermieten :)
Gerne auch erst ab April. Bin da eigentlich ganz offen.
Das Wohnheim ist schön modern. Das Zimmer liegt im 2.OG und ist 15qm groß. Vom Balkon aus sieht man die Flugzeuge starten und landen, was super schön aussieht, weil wir ja ganz in der Nähe vom Mannheimer Flughafen sind. (Aber man hört davon nichts falls das irgendein Hinternis ist haha).
Das Zimmer ist logischerweise möbiliert und ich würde dir alles wichtige da lassen.
Das Wohnheim liegt in Neuostheim. Die S-Bahn Haltestelle Haarlach liegt in 3min Fußweg Nähe. Die DHBW ist 5min mit dem Auto oder 8min mit dem Fahrrad entfernt.
Auch das Schloss der Uni Mannheim ist schnell erreichbar.
Ich teile mir die Wohnung, also Bad und Küche, mit einer Mitbewohnerin, die aber während der Mitdauer ausziehen wird, weil sie mit ihrem Studium fertig ist. Wenn du Glück hast, hast du die Wohnung dann also für dich, bis ein Nachmieter kommt.
