Hallo,
kurzfristig muss ich Mannheim praktikumsbedingt für 3 Monate verlassen und suche deshalb einen Zwischenmieter.
Mein Zimmer ist ca. 20 qm groß und hat ca. 4 m hohe Decken. Die breite Fensterfront lässt viel Licht herein und sorgt für eine freundliche Atmosphäre.
Die Einrichtung: Bett, Schrank, Regal, Tisch und Kommode stehen bereit.
Die WG hat insgesamt 80 qm. Darin sind ein großes Bad und eine geräumige Küche enthalten. Vor allem angenehm sind Spül- und Waschmaschine.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral an der Ecke Nationaltheater - Friedrichsring im 1.Stock. Die Straßenbahnstation ist nur ein par Meter von der Haustür entfernt. Von der Küche aus kann man sogar das Programm der Oper sehen. Am Wasserturm ist man in weniger als 5 Minuten.
Ein weiterer Vorzug ist die Nähe zum Rewe bzw. Aldi. Einmal über die Straße und man hat alles was man braucht. Dies erspart vor allem langwieriges Taschen- und Wasserschleppen.
Ruf mich am besten an, damit wir einen Besichtigungstermin ausmachen können.
