We are a student WG in a generous old building villa in the East City and look forward to new roommates.
With around 700 m2 of living space, our villa offers not only a lot of space, but also many possibilities: The living rooms have parquet floors, high ceilings (3 m) and a separate sink. The rooms can be furnished on request.

In addition to the personal space, numerous community areas are available – from the billiard room to the in-house cellar bar with darts and kickers to the quiet library. On several balconies you can enjoy views of the Luisenpark, in the courtyard you can grill, play table tennis or just relax. There is also room for bicycles and cars.

A large hall is used in many ways: for joint learning in exam phases or for social evenings. In the kitchen is regularly cooked together, and there are several shower baths on the floors. Washing machines, dryers and fast internet are also available. The common rooms are cleaned externally several times a week.

Ein großer Saal wird vielseitig genutzt: zum gemeinsamen Lernen in Klausurphasen oder für gesellige Abende. In der Küche wird regelmäßig zusammen gekocht, und es gibt auf den Etagen mehrere Duschbäder. Waschmaschinen, Trockner und schnelles Internet stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Die Gemeinschaftsräume werden mehrmals pro Woche extern gereinigt.

Alle Nebenkosten sind in der Miete bereits enthalten – nur für deine Lebensmittel musst du selbst sorgen.
