Das Zimmer befindet sich im ersten Stock eines Altbaus, der praktisch ganz aus Studenten-WGs besteht. Abgesehen von den hohen Decken hat es einen recht schönen Fußboden und ist sehr hell, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Generell hat die Wohnung eigentlich alles was man braucht, insbesondere auch Badewanne, Wasch- sowie Spühlmaschine. Wer ein Fahrrad mitbringen möchte, findet hinter dem Haus einen Hof zum sicheren Abstellen vor. Das Zimmer wird mit den Möbeln vermietet, wie sie in den Bildern zu sehen sind.

The room is located on the second floor of an old building, which is practically all student flatshares. Apart from the high ceilings, it has quite a nice floor and is very bright, as can be seen in the pictures. In general, the apartment has everything you need, including in particular also bathtub, washing machine as well as dishwasher. If you want to bring a bike, there is a yard behind the house for safe parking. The room is rented with the furniture as seen in the pictures.
Die Wohnung liegt am unteren linken Eck der Mannheimer Quadrate. Dementsprechend ist die Uni - insbesondere A5 & A6 - super schnell zu erreichen. In der Innenstadt oder dem Jungbusch ist man natürlich auch direkt. Wer gerne mal spazieren oder joggen geht, wird sich zusätzlich darüber freuen, dass man in ein paar Schritten direkt am Rhein ist.

The apartment is located at the lower left corner of the Mannheim squares. Accordingly, the university - especially A5 & A6 - is super fast to reach. The city center or Jungbusch are nearby as well. If you like to go for a walk or jog, you will also be happy to know that you are just a few steps away from the Rhine.
Du würdest mit Chelsea und Nils in der WG zusammenwohnen. Beide studieren an der Uni Mannheim und starten im Herbst in ihr drittes Bachelorsemester (sie studiert Germanistik, er Politikwissenschaft). Insgesamt würde ich unsere WG-Atmosphäre als sehr entspannt und ungezwungen beschreiben. Ich denke es ist recht einfach mit den beiden gut auszukommen - in der gesamten Zeit des Zusammenwohnens hatten wir nie ernsthafte Probleme miteinander, sei es wegen Ordnung, Nutzen der gemeinsamen Räume oder sonst was. Ansonsten gilt kurz gesagt eine "Alles kann, nichts muss" Philosophie; sowohl gemeinsame Unternehmungen als auch sich Zurückziehen sind kein Thema. Wir haben zum Beispiel öfter gemeinsame Kochabende veranstaltet, sind zusammen essen oder was trinken gegangen.

You would live with Chelsea and Nils in the shared flat. Both are studying at the University of Mannheim and will start their third bachelor's semester in the fall (she is studying German Studies, he is studying Political Science). Overall, I would describe our WG atmosphere as very relaxed and casual. I think it's quite easy to get along with the two of them - in the whole time of living together we never had any serious problems with each other, whether because of tidiness, using the common rooms or anything else. Otherwise, in short, there is an "everything can, nothing must" philosophy; both joint ventures and withdrawing are not an issue. For example, we often held joint cooking evenings, went out to eat or had a drink together.
