möbliertes Zimmer in 3er WG in den Quadraten

We are located in the Quadrate area in Mannheim near the immediate vicinity of the banks of the Neckar River, which is particularly inviting in good weather for barbecues, relaxed get-togethers or walks, and the Jungbusch, Mannheim's iconic artists' quarter with trendy bars and pubs. Everything important can be reached very quickly on foot or by bike. The stop Abendakademie is less than 5 minutes from the front door. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the train station or 15 minutes by streetcar, and it is not far to Heidelberg or to the wine hike in the Palatinate. To the market place or to the 'Dönermeile' it is only a few minutes walk. Shopping facilities are also conveniently located (Aldi and Rossmann are directly at the stop Abendakademie; If you like Fitness then John Reed is also at the stop Abendakademie; Rewe, Norma, DM are also very close).

My roommates are Anurag and Shreyas. Anurag from Lucknow is a working student from SRH University and Shreyas from Nasik is a Supply Chain Consultant working at Aioneers. My name is Naresh and I have been living in the WG since June 2022. I am from Bangalore and work as a Software Engineer at SAP SE. I expect to stay till end of October.
The WG life has always been uncomplicated and that's how we want it to be in the future. Important for us is a pleasant, open, relaxed and clean living together where everyone feels really at home. The center of the WG is undoubtedly the kitchen where we like to chat together, cook delicious Indian food :)

In addition to the approximately 460€ rent per month according to the rental contract, there are electricity, internet and broadcasting costs, which amount to about 50€ per month in addition. Each roommate has an individual contract, so each is independent from the others.
Bicycle parking is available in the courtyard (not covered). There is a basement compartment available, but it is already partly filled with additional furniture of the landlady and other stuff.
The landlady, who also lived as a student in Mannheim is quite nice but does not directly take care of the WG, her representative Jan is responsible for that. If something breaks or doesn't work properly (e.g. vaccum cleaner a few weeks ago) Jan is easily reachable and takes care of organising a Handyman to repair or replace the things.
