Hallo zusammen,
da ich aus Mannheim wegziehen werde, sucht meine WG ab dem 01. September (oder evtl. schon bisschen früher) eine/n nette/n Nachmieter*in für längerfristig (mind. 1 Jahr).
Infos zu meinem Zimmer:
Mein voll möbliertes Zimmer ist ca. 14qm groß und hat zwei sehr große Fenster, wodurch es sehr schön hell ist. Zudem haben alle unsere Zimmer sehr hohe Decken, wodurch die Räume sehr viel größer wirken.
Miete, Ablöse, Kaution:
Inkl. aller Gebühren (Strom, Wasser, GEZ, Internet etc.) beträgt die Miete ungefähr 318€. Ich lasse alle meine Möbel, die ihr auf den Bildern seht da und würde eine Ablöse von 600€ verlangen. In der Ablöse wären drin: 1,40m Bett, Nachttisch, dreitüriger Kleiderschrank, schmales Kallax Regal, Schreibtischstuhl, Schreibtisch mit integriertem Kallax Regal, Kleiderstange, Stehlampe, Teppich, Klimaanlage. Als Kaution fallen 500€ an.

Since I will move away from Mannheim, my flat-share is looking for a nice new tenant from September 2023 (or maybe a bit earlier) for a longer period of time (at least 1 year).
Info about my room:
My fully furnished room is about 14sqm and has two very big windows, which makes it very nice and bright. In addition, all our rooms have very high ceilings, which makes the rooms seem much larger.
Rent, furniture fee, deposit:
Including all fees (electricity, water, GEZ, internet etc.) the rent is about 318€. I leave all my furniture that you see in the pictures there and would require a transfer fee of 600 €. This includes: 1.40m bed, bedside table, three-door closet, narrow Kallax shelf, desk chair, desk with integrated Kallax shelf, clothes rail, floor lamp, carpet. As a deposit, there is 500€.
Location:
The WG is located in the Mannheimer Quadraten - the heart of Mannheim. The most important places can be reached within a very short time. The Paradeplatz (city center) is only 200 meters, the Jungbusch (pub district) 950 meters, the Marktplatz 350 meters, the university (castle) about 600 meters and the main station Mannheim only 1.7 km from the apartment.
Several bus and streetcar stops (e.g. Marktplatz, Paradeplatz, Rathaus) are within 2-5 minutes walking distance. Shopping/shopping possibilities as well as drugstores and pharmacies are numerous and can be reached in the immediate vicinity within a few minutes on foot (e.g. an Aldi is right around the corner!!).
Living in the flat
You will live with Marie (junior project manager) and Sophia (English student). We are an open and familiar flat-sharing community that likes to do things together. However, if you are looking for some peace and quiet, you can of course retreat to your room. The walls of the three rooms are thick, so you can be undisturbed there without any problems.

Die WG liegt in den Mannheimer Quadraten – dem Herzen Mannheims. Die wichtigsten Orte sind innerhalb kürzester Zeit erreichbar. Der Paradeplatz (Stadtzentrum) ist nur 200 Meter, der Jungbusch (Kneipenviertel) 950 Meter, der Marktplatz 350 Meter, die Universität (Schloss) etwa 600 Meter und der Hauptbahnhof Mannheim lediglich 1.7 km von der Wohnung entfernt.
Mehrere Bus- und Straßenbahnhaltestellen (z.B. Marktplatz, Paradeplatz, Rathaus) sind innerhalb von 2-5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Einkaufs-/Shoppingmöglichkeiten sowie Drogeriemärkte und Apotheken sind zahlreich vorhanden und in unmittelbarer Nähe innerhalb von ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen (z.B. ist ein Aldi direkt um die Ecke!!).
Du wirst mit Marie (Junior Projektmanagerin) und Sophia (Anglistik-Studentin) zusammenwohnen. Wir sind eine offene und familiäre WG, die gerne auch etwas zusammen unternimmt. Falls man aber auch mal seine Ruhe sucht, kann man sich selbstverständlich in sein Zimmer zurückziehen. Die Wände der drei Zimmer sind dick, sodass man dort auch problemlos ungestört sein kann.
Die WG ist 84 m2 groß und befindet sich im ersten Stock eines Mehrparteienhauses. Sie besitzt drei WG-Zimmer, einen kleinen Trocken-/Gäste-/Gemeinschaftsraum, eine Küche, ein gesondertes WC und ein Badezimmer. Die Räume sind durch einen langen Flur miteinander verbunden. Das Bad besteht aus Dusche/Badewanne und Waschmaschine. Es existieren zudem ein kleiner betonierter Hinterhof und ein kleines Kellerabteil. Die WG ist mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt (Töpfe, Geschirr, Pfannen, sonstige Haushaltsgeräte).
