Hallo! Mein Name ist Umay und ich ziehe aus meiner derzeitigen WG aus. Ich suche eine Nachmieterin für mein 15m² Zimmer. Nachmieterinnen die ab Mai einziehen wollen werden bevorzugt.
Die 3er-WG befindet sich in den Quadraten S3 im zweiten OG. Wie du auf den Fotos sehen kannst, ist die gesamte Wohnung sehr geräumig und dank den großen Fenstern immer hell beleuchtet. Dein Zimmer liegt direkt gegenüber der Küche, was besonders praktisch ist, da ich oft koche!
Dein Zimmer ist mit einem Einzelbett ausgestattet, das auch zu einem Doppelbett umgebaut werden kann (Ikea Hemnes), einem Kleiderschrank (Ikea Brimnes), einem Sideboard (Ikea Vihals), einem Schreibtisch (Ikea Alex) mit Stuhl, einem Schminktisch mit Spiegel und Hocker, 2 Teppichen und ein paar Aufbewahrungsboxen.

Hello! My name is Umay and I'm moving out of my current flatshare. I'm looking for a new tenant for my 15m² room. Tenants who want to move-in in May are preferred.
The 3-person flatshare is located in Quadrat S3 on the second floor. As you can see from the photos, the entire apartment is very spacious and always brightly lit thanks to the large windows. Your room is right in front of the kitchen, which is particularly convenient for me as I often cook!
Your room is furnished with a single bed that can also be converted into a double bed (Ikea Hemnes), a wardrobe (Ikea Brimnes), a sideboard (Ikea Vihals), a desk (Ikea Alex) with a chair, a vanity table with mirror and stool, 2 carpets, and a few storage boxes.
An der Ecke befinden sich Aldi, DM, Lidl, Rossmann, Tedi usw. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Abendakademie und Marktplatz sind 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Zum Hauptbahnhof kannst du entweder in 12 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn fahren oder ein Nextbike nehmen. Du kannst also täglich andere Städte sorglos besuchen :)

Around the corner, there are Aldi, DM, Lidl, Rossmann, Tedi, etc. The tram stop Abendakademie and the marketplace are a 4-minute walk away. You can also reach the main train station in 12 minutes by tram or Nextbike. So, you can visit other cities worry-free every day :)
In der WG leben zwei weitere Frauen, die beide 25 Jahre alt sind. Eine arbeitet im Gesundheitswesen und hat meistens Nachtschichten. Die andere absolviert gerade einen Kurs für den Berufseinstieg als Bürokauffrau. Beide sind sehr liebevolle und vertrauenswürdige Menschen, mit denen man über alles reden kann: persönliches Leben und WG-Angelegenheiten!
Die Gemeinschaftsräume sind immer sauber und ordentlich. Da die Mitbewohnerinnen selten kochen, könntest du die Küche jeden Tag für dich haben! Es gibt einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, eine Waschmaschine, einen Geschirrspüler, einen Ofen, einen Herd, eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Toaster... kurz gesagt, alles für ein bequemes Leben :)

In the flatshare, there are two other women, both 25 years old. One works in healthcare and usually has night shifts. The other is currently taking a course for a career entry as an office clerk. Both are very loving and trustworthy people with whom you can talk about anything: personal life and flatshare matters!
The common areas are always clean and tidy. Since the flatmates rarely cook, you could have the kitchen to yourself every day! There's a fridge with a freezer compartment, a washing machine, a dishwasher, an oven, a stove, a coffee machine, a toaster... in short, everything for a comfortable life :)
Nachmieterinnen ab 1.5. werden bevorzugt. Alle Möbel gehören zum Zimmer und können ohne Ablöse benutzt werden. Wenn du Interesse hast, schreib mir bitte! Ich würde dir gerne die Wohnung zeigen.
