Wir haben eine sehr gemütliche Wohnung die sich auf 2 Stockwerke verteilt, was ziemlich einzigartig und cool ist. Wir sind insgesamt zu viert und die Wohnung beinhaltent eine Küche, ein Bad, ein Gästeklo sowie ein Wohnzimmer mit 2 Sofas, was für WGs nicht üblich ist und wofür wir echt dankbar sind. (Außerdem besitzen wir auch eine Spülmaschine ;) )
Das Zimmer, welches is vermiete, befindet sich im ersten Stock und ist das einzige Zimmer mit einem eigenem begehbaren Kleiderschrank, was natürlich mega ist!!
Das Zimmer ist voll möbieliert mit allen Möbeln, die in den Bildern zu sehen sind.
Da ich schon am 21. Juni gehe, kann auch gerne schon am 22. Juni eingezogen werden. Miete muss nur für Juli und August bezahlt werden :))
Our flat is super cozy and has two floors, which is pretty unique and cool. We are 4 people living here. The flat contains a kitchen, a bathroom, a guest bathroom and a living room with two couches. We also have a dish washer and a washing machine.
The room I‘m renting out is on the first floor and is the only room with a walk-in closet, wich is amazing!
Its also fully furnished and all the furniture that can be seen in the pictures will also stay in the room and can be used :)
Becaues I‘m leaving on June 21st, if wanted you could already move in on June 22nd. Rent only hast to be paid for July and August! :))
Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in perfekter Lage direkt am Marktplatz. Zur Bahn und zum Lidl läuft man nur 1 min. Quasi nur einmal um die Ecke. Zur Uni sind es knapp 10 Gehminuten und mit dem Fahrrad nicht mal 5min. Zum Paradeplatz braucht man auch nur 3 min.
Da wir wirklich direkt in der Innenstadt wohnen, ist allgemein alles was man braucht an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Eine bessere Lage gibt es nicht!!
Our flat is located directly at the City center. The next tram/train station and the next supermarket are only a 1min walk away. Its also only a 10min walk to University. Because we are right in the city center anything you could need in general is easily reachable on foot. Everything is super walkable. And if you should need public transportation, its also right around the corner!
Location wise its the best there is!!
Vasili, hat vorkurzem seinen Bachelor abgeschlossen und arbeitet jz Vollzeit. Vasili geht gerne an den Neckar oder Abends in Bars mit Freunden, da kann man sich auch immer gerne anschließen :)
Julius, studiert an der Uni Wirtschaftsinformatik, macht viel Sport und geht auch gerne mal feiern. Julius geht bald für ein Ausslandssemester nach Singapur und wird daher wahrscheinlich erstmal nicht da sein :)
Lea, studiert Eventmanagement, kocht sehr gerne und ist immer für ein Filmeabend zu haben :)
