From the beginning of June, an 8 m2 fully furnished room is available in our nice 6er-WG. The furniture (bed, cabinet, desk etc.) should be taken over against a fair detachment.
The apartment is centrally located in P4 and is fully equipped:
2 bathrooms, so no one has to wait forever in the morning
a complete kitchen with everything you need
a balcony for relaxed evenings
a separate laundry room (no laundry required!)
a bicycle cellar for all sports and city bikes
To the WG:
We are between 20 and 33 years old, study or work and understand each other.
Currently living here:
Felix (21), studies business informatics and likes to do sports
Moritz (23), plays tennis and likes to dance
Tobi (24), studies management and likes to drive racing bike
Andreea (20), also studies business informatics and plays volleyball
Sven (33), stands in professional life and likes to relax at the zoo
We cook from time to time, talk a lot in the kitchen and do some things together. Nevertheless, everyone has enough room for themselves.
What is important to us:
We attach great importance to respectful handling, especially in the Community areas. Compliance with agreements and a cleaning plan is of course part of this for us.
What we are looking for:
An open, reliable person between 20 and 30 years, which fits well with us. Glad with pleasure in WG life, but also with sense for order.

In unserer netten 6er-WG wird ab Anfang Juni ein 8 m² großes, voll möbliertes Zimmer frei. Die Möbel (Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch etc.) sollen gegen eine faire Ablöse übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral in P4 und ist voll ausgestattet:
2 Bäder, sodass morgens niemand ewig warten muss
eine komplette Küche mit allem, was man braucht
ein Balkon für entspannte Abende
eine eigene Waschküche (kein Waschsalon nötig!)
ein Fahrradkeller für alle Sport- und Stadträder
Zur WG:
Wir sind zwischen 20 und 33 Jahre alt, studieren oder arbeiten und verstehen uns super untereinander.
Aktuell wohnen hier:
Felix (21), studiert Wirtschaftsinformatik und macht gerne Sport
Moritz (23), spielt Tennis und zockt gerne
Tobi (24), studiert Management und fährt gerne Rennrad
Andreea (20), studiert ebenfalls Wirtschaftsinformatik und spielt Volleyball
Sven (33), steht im Berufsleben und entspannt gerne beim Zocken
Wir kochen ab und zu zusammen, quatschen viel in der Küche und machen auch mal gemeinsame Sachen. Trotzdem hat jede*r genug Raum für sich.
Was uns wichtig ist:
Wir legen Wert auf einen respektvollen Umgang, besonders in den Gemeinschaftsbereichen. Einhaltung von Absprachen und einem Putzplan gehört für uns selbstverständlich dazu.
Was wir suchen:
Eine offene, zuverlässige Person zwischen 20 und 30 Jahren, die gut zu uns passt. Gerne mit Lust auf WG-Leben, aber auch mit Sinn für Ordnung.
