Hallo ihr Wohnungssuchenden,
da ich die nächsten 2,5 Monate nicht in Mannheim bin, würde ich gerne das Zimmer meiner 2er WG untervermieten. Ich, bzw. dann ihr, habt eine Mitbewohnerin, sie studiert an der DHBW Mannheim, ist 19 und ziemlich cool drauf.
Die Wohnung liegt absolut zentral in den Quadraten, 2 min bis zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle Abendakademie, von wo aus ihr überall hinkommt; 5min mit Rad oder Bahn bis zur Uni, auch die Shoppingmeile ist höchstens 5 min entfernt.
Das Zimmer ist vollmöbliert, sehr groß und auch hell, am Nachmittag scheint die Sonne rein. Vorhanden ist ein Bett (überlänge), Schreibtisch, Schlafsofa, Schrank, Regal, Esstisch mit 2 Stühlen und ein 37" LCD Fernseher =) Siehe auch die Fotos.
Der Rest der Wohnung ist auch komplett ausgestattet, große Küche mit Eck-Esstisch, allem Wichtigen wie Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach, Kaffeemaschine etc. Außerdem haben wir einen Kicker!
Dazu ein Vollbad in gutem Zustand mit einer Waschmaschine.
Bei interesse schreibt mir gerne eine aussagekräftige Email an , schreibt sms ----/-------) oder ruft mich an (unter der Woche erst ab 18 Uhr).
