da ich im Ausland sein werde, suche ich eine/n Zwischenmieter/in für mein gepflegtes, helles Zimmer mitten in den Quadraten. Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 295€.
Das WG-Zimmer besteht aus einem Bett, einem großen Schreibtisch, ein Regal, zwei Kommoden und und und :) Ich werde Dir auch Kissen und Decken mit Bezügen bereitstellen, damit Du Dich nicht darum kümmern musst.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und das Zimmer ist sehr günstig für diese Lage :)

I'm going to be out of town, for this good reason I'm renting my beautiful, bright and clean room ! This wonderful room is located in downtown Mannheim, that means in the heart of the "Quadrate" ;-) The total rent is 295€.
The apartment is in a very good situation and the room is really cheap comparing to the Quadrate prices :)
The room has everything you need: A bed, a study table, a closet, a storage rack, Internet and of course also clean bed stuff, like pillow, blanket, covers....
Die Wohnung ist direkt am Marktplatz. Zur nächsten Haltestelle brauchst Du weniger als 2 Minuten. Lidl, Penny, Aldi, Netto sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Zur Universität brauchst Du nur 10 Gehminuten.

The apartment is located at the "Marktplatz". You just have to walk 2 Minutes to the grocery stores, like Lidl, Aldi, Penny, Netto etc. and of course to the University it is only a 10 minute walk.
Deine Mitbewohner wären Andi und Birga (Medizinstudenten). Beide sind herzlich und möchten in keiner Zweck-WG wohnen. Uns ist grds. ein respektvolles Miteinander sehr wichtig. WWir leben halt nicht aneinander vorbei :)
Was wir definitiv nicht sind, ist eine Party-WG. Jeder von uns hat die harten Partyzeiten aus den ersten Semestern durch ;)

You will have two friendly roomates: Andi and Birga are studying Medicine. All of us three don't want to be just roommates, if we have time we like to cook together or watch a movie, or just hang out together. So if you get bored or like to do something, so feel free to ask these two friendly guys to do something together :-)
Wg Castings finden wir genauso blöd wie du aber ein paar Worte über Dich fänden wir super.
