Da ich ins Ausland gehe suche ich für mein schönes 16m² Zimmer mit Laminatboden und eigenem Balkon einen/eine Zwischenmieter/in. das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert mit:
1,40 m Bett

Mein Zimmer ist ab dem 23. Oktober 2013 frei zur Zwischenmiete, kann aber auch später bspw. ab 1. November gemietet werden. Im Anschluss gibt es die Möglichkeit in ein anderes Zimmer der WG mit 19 qm (312€)umzuziehen. Das Zimmer ist dann bis zum 15. April.2014 frei.
Die Wohnung wurde vor 4 Jahren (bei unserem Einzug) komplett renoviert und hat einen großen Flur mit Couch, sowie 2 Balkone ("dein" Balkon mit morgens Sonne, Balkon i.d. Küche mit abends Sonne) . Hochwertige, komplett ausgestattete Küche mit Cerankochfeld, Eisschrank, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Spülmaschiene,... etc.
Zentrale Lage in den Quadraten, 5 min Fußweg zum Paradeplatz (Stadtmitte), Zu Fuß zum Schloss (Uni) sind es ca 8 min, zum B6/ A5 ist es nur 1 min zu Fuß. Einkaufmöglichkeiten (Netto, Aldi) sind zu Fuß in 4 min erreichbar. Zur Bahnlinie 2 und 6 sind es 2 min zu Fuß. HBF ist zu Fuß in ca. 15 min zu erreichen, mit Bahn oder Fahrrad natürlich schneller :)
Wir (noch am studieren, 29 & 25 J.) sind keine Zweck-WG und genießen es zusammen zu kochen, ein paar Bierchen zu trinken und auch mal zusammen feiern zu gehen. Wir sind unkompliziert, umgänglich, nett, lustig und hilfsbereit :)
