Wir wohnen in einer Altbauwohnung und ab sofort ist ein helles und lichtdurchflutetes Zimmer mit ca. 20 qm. frei, das mit Teppichboden ausgestattet ist und teilmöbliert vermietet wird (Abschlag 200€).
Die Küche und das Bad werden gemeinsam genutzt. Das Bad verfügt über einem Fenster einer Dusche,Toilette und Waschbecken. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Fahrräder können im Hof abgestellt werden.
Zentraler gehts nicht!
Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (REWE (bis 24 geöffnet), ALDI, PENNY, LIDL). Zahlreiche Cafes, Restaurants, Clubs usw. und die Shoppingmile :) in unmittelbare Nähe.
Am Neckar bist du von hier aus auch in 5 min. da kann man im Sommer auch mal gemütlich grillen.
Die Uni ist zu Fuß in ca. 10 Min zu erreichen
3 Min. Fußweg zur Haltstelle (RNV 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7)
Bis zum Bahnhof hat man ca. 15 Min. Fußweg.
