Liebe Menschen da draußen,
wir suchen einen zuverlässige Zwischenmieter für unsere 4er-WG in den Mannheimer Quadraten ab dem 1. August bzw. 1. September. Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert und ca. 17 m2 groß, ausgelegt mit hellem Laminat. Die Wohnung befindet sich auf 2 Stockwerken, jeweils 2 Zimmer befinden sich auf einer Etage. Küche, Bad und Toilette, sowie Essbereich sind in der oberen Etage. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Backofen und Mikrowelle, außerdem haben wir Waschmaschine und Trockner. WLAN ist ebenfalls im Mietpreis enthalten.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, direkt am Marktplatz. Supermärkte wie Aldi, Lidl, Rewe und Penny, sowie viele Restaurants und Bars sind innerhalb von Minuten zu erreichen. Die nächste Bahnhaltestelle ist der Marktplatz, welche ca. 2 Minuten entfernt ist. Zur Uni (im Schloss) brauchst du mit dem Fahrrad ca. 4 Minuten.
Wir sind auf keinen Fall eine Zweckgemeinschaft und unternehmen sehr oft und gerne was miteinander. Eure Mitbewohner werden Christian, 22, und Leonie, 23, sein, sie studieren im 3. und 4. Semester an der Uni. Christian studiert Medien- und Kommunikationswissenschaften mit Anglistik. Leonie studiert BaKuWi Germanistik. Zudem zieht ab August Rocío, 21 aus Barcelona ein. Wir gehen gerne feiern, genießen aber auch mal entspannte Abende - ein gesundes Mittelmaß eben.
Um unsere Wohnung vom kompletten Chaos zu bewahren, haben wir einen rotierenden Putzplan. Wir suchen einen rücksichtsvollen, aufgeschlossenen und einfach lieben Mitbewohner.

Dear apartment-hunter,
We are looking for a reliable renter for a room in the city center of Mannheim. You will ideally move in either at the end of August or on the 1st of September. The room is fully furnished and approx. 17 m2 and has a laminated floor. The flat is on two floors, there are 2 rooms on each storey. The bathroom, toilette, kitchen and also the dining area are on the second floor. Our kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and a microwave, we also have a washing machine and a dryer. Wi-Fi is also included in the rent.
Location:
Our flat is centrally located, next to the Marktplatz. Supermarkets like Aldi, Lidl, Rewe and Penny and many bars and restaurants can be reached within minutes. The next tram stop is on Marktplatz which is just 2 minutes away. With the bike you need about 4 minutes to the university (in the castle).
Flat-life:
We are actually living together and hang out a lot. Your flatmates will be Christian, 22, and Leonie, 23, they are in their 3rd/4th semester. Christian studies Media- and Communication Studies with English and Leonie studies German with Business Administration. In August Rocio, 21 from Barcelona will move in for her semester abroad. We all like going out but we also enjoy a nice relaxed evening – a healthy balance.
Other stuff:
In order to avoid our flat from drowning in all the mess, we have a rotating cleaning plan. We are looking for a considerate, open-minded and just easy-going flatmate.
