Das Zimmer ist quadratisch und relativ groß, hat eine Dachschräge, da es sich um eine Dachgeschosswohnung handelt. Allerdings sind überall große und moderne Fenster eingebaut, sodass es sehr hell ist!
Möbel könnten teilweise bernommen werden, wenn das gewünscht ist. Das ist allerdings kein Muss.
Die Wohnung liegt im C8 Quadrat nahe der Tomate und damit super nah an der Uni. Insbesondere der B6 Hörsaal und die A5 Bob sind keine Gehminute entfernt. Auch in den ganzen Kneipen im Jungbusch ist man gnaz schnell zu Fuß.
Auch die Haltestelle Rheinstraße ist wenige Meter entfernt.
Supermärkte, Innenstadt mit Paradeplatz und Planken sind dementsprechend auch super nah gelegen.
Wir sind 25 bzw 26 Jahre alt. Das WG Leben ist von den Klausurphasen abhängig (wie wohl bei allen Studenten- WGs^^) und eher ruhig. Wir haben ein riesen Wohnzimmer mit Couch, TV etc, wo man abends chillen kann. Auch die offene Küche lädt zum Verweilen ein.
Zudem besteht das Haus insgesamt aus vier WGs, die sich alle gut verstehen. Ärger gibt’s da quasi nie.
Der Mietpreis enthält alle Kosten. Bei den 365€ sind sowohl Miete, Stromabschlag und Internet und Wärme enthalten.
Zudem haben wir einen pauschalen Heizabschlag mit dem Vermieter, sodass keine Nachzahlung zu befürchten ist.
