Da wir aufgrund unseres Studiums bis Mitte Juli im Ausland verweilen werden, vermieten wir unsere geschätzte Wohnung unter. Diese Wohnung wird für den Zeitraum von Ende Dezember bis Mitte Juli 2018 vollmöbliert untervermietet. Die Miete von nur einem der zwei Zimmer ist möglich.
Den Untermieter erwartet eine hochwertige und gepflegte Ausstattung und liebevoll zusammengestellte Möblierung sowie zahlreiche Extras wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist (Drucker, 50 Zoll Fernseher, etc.).
Die Einbauküche ist voll ausgestattet mit Backofen, Kochfeld, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank mit integriertem Gefrierfach, Mixer, Wasserkocher, Toaster und vielem mehr.
Im Badezimmer befindet sich auch eine Waschmaschine.
Die Zimmeraufteilung besteht aus 2 Zimmern, die jeweils als Schlafzimmer (WG-geeignet) genutzt werden können. Weiterhin gibt es ein Bad mit Dusche, Abstellraum, Küche sowie einem geräumigen Flur.
Since we will stay abroad until mid-July due to our studies, we are renting out our esteemed apartment. This apartment is sublet for the period from late December to mid-July 2018. It is fully furnished. Renting only one of the two rooms is possible.
You can expect a high-quality and well-maintained furniture and equipment as well as numerous extras as can be seen in the pictures (printer, 50 inch TV, etc.).
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge with integrated freezer, blender, kettle, toaster and much more.
The bathroom also has a washing machine.
The apartment consists of 2 rooms, each of which can be used as a bedroom (flatmate-suitable). Furthermore, there is a bathroom with shower, storage room, kitchen and a spacious hallway.
Die Innenstadt von Mannheim (Universität 2min, Hauptbahnhof 8min) ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe 3min, Aldi 8min, Bäcker 1min etc.) befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mehrere Haltestellen der Straßenbahn liegen in einem Umkreis von 200 Meter.
Die Wohnung eignet sich daher sowohl für Studenten der Universität als auch für Pendler, die auf den Hauptbahnhof angewiesen sind sehr gut!
The city of Mannheim (University 2min, Hauptbahnhof 8min) is within walking distance in a few minutes. Stores (Rewe 3min, Aldi 8min, bakerys 1min, etc.) are located in the immediate vicinity. Several tram stops are within 200 meters.
The apartment is therefore very suitable for students of the university as well as for commuters who depend on the central station!
Unter die Nebenkosten fallen neben Strom, Internet, GEZ auch ein Reinigungsservice für Flur, Treppe und Hof. Es gibt also keine weiteren Kosten.
