Das Zimmer befindet sich im ersten Stock des Gebäudes mit dem Balkon zur Straßenseite. Es ist Teilmöbiliert und kommt mit einem Kleiderschrank, zwei Wandregalen und einem Würfelregal (eine Ablösesumme für die Möbel wird vor der Übergabe privat ausgemacht) . Schreibtisch und Bett musst du also selbst mitbringen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in den Mannheimer S-Quadraten in der Nähe des Nationaltheaters. Die nächsten Haltestellen (sowohl Strohmarkt als auch Nationaltheater) sind zu Fuß in weniger als fünf Minuten erreichbar. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man allerdings auch in etwa 10 Minuten an Hauptbahnhof oder Universität. Im Nachbarquadrat befinden sich ein Rewe City (bis 24:00 Uhr geöffnet) und ein Aldi.
Die WG besteht aus vier Personen, welche alle studieren und zwischen 20 und 21 Jahren alt sind. Es handelt sich um keine Zweck WG, sprich es wird hin und wieder auch mal gerne was zusammen unternommen. Trotzdem hat man natürlich auch genug Zeit für sich und entsprechend Privatsphäre.
