Unsere Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock und besteht aus 4 Zimmern (3 Bewohner und ein Wohnzimmer), dazu Küche und Bad. Alles ist möbliert und eingerichtet und Du kannst die Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, etc. alles nutzen. Mein Zimmer ist ca. 17qm groß und befindet sich neben der Treppe. Es liegt also abseits vom Wohnzimmer und der Küche und man kann seine Privatsphäre genießen. 2018 wurde die Wohnung komplett renoviert und es ist alles sehr neu und sauber.
Our flat is on the 3rd floor and consists of 4 rooms (3 for the students and one living room), there is also a kitchen and a bathroom. My room is around 17qm and is next to the stairs so you can enjoy your privacy. 2018 the flat was renovated and everything is new and tidy.
Wir wohnen direkt am Marktplatz mitten in den Quadraten. Die Haltestelle Abendakademie ist in weniger als einer Minute zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zum Lidl oder Penny kommt man auch ganz schnell und außerdem sind überall Bäcker und Dönerläden in der Nähe. Zum Neckar sind es ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß, was gerade im Sommer sehr schön zum Freunde treffen und Grillen ist.
Die Wohnung liegt im Hinterhaus, weshalb auch keine Straßenbahnen oder anderen Geräusche von der Fußgängerzone gehört werden.
We live central next to the Marktplatz. The tram station Abendakademie is less than one minute away. Supermarkets like Lidl and Penny are also really close. In 5 minutes you can walk to the Neckar and enjoy the sun with your friends. The flat is in the back of the building so you can't hear the tram or other noise from the pedestrian area.
Ich wohne hier gemeinsam mit zwei Freundinnen in der WG, die unter unseren Freunden auch liebevoll Headquarters, aufgrund der zentralen Lage und des Wohnzimmers, genannt wird.
Kommendes Semester gehen wir alle drei ins Ausland, weshalb wir unsere WG für diese Zeit untervermieten möchten. Wenn Du noch zwei Freundinnen hast, die auch eine Wohnung suchen würde es uns auch sehr freuen, wenn ihr zu dritt einziehen möchtet.
With two of my friends I live in the headquarters. We call it like that because we have a nice living room and live very central in the city.
Next semester the three of us will study abroad so we are looking for nice renters during this time. If you have one or two friends who want to stay with you just tell us and you can move in together.
