Dein Zimmer is geräumig und hell, sow ie die ganze Wohnung. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine große Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Ofen und sonstigen Equipment. Auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden.
Die Möbel, die aktuell im Zimmer stehen können ggf. abgelöst werden, wenn Bedarf besteht.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr guten Lage M7 in etwa gegenüber des Cinemaxx, da sie aber nach hinten rausgeht kriegt man von der Straße nichts mit und es ist im allgemeinem sehr ruhig. Auch die Hausgemeinschaft ist sehr rücksichtsvoll und ruhig.
Ein Lidl ist in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen, das Q6/Q7 auch in ca. 5 Minute und auf dem Weg dahin ist geht man über die Planken. Die Uni ist ca. 7-8 Minute entfernt.
Auch ein kleiner Park ist 1 min entfernt, in den man sich ab und zu mal setzen kann.
Das Wg-Leben ist sehr harmonisch und vor allem unkompliziert. Dein Mitbewohner ist ein ruhiger Masterstudent, der gerne einmal kocht und auch einem Glas Wein nicht abgeneigt ist. Natürlich ist die Tür aber auch zum lernen einmal angelegt ;-).
