Tolles 18qm Zimmer in 4er WG in bester Quadrate-Lage!

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral, direkt am Marktplatz. Supermärkte wie Aldi, Lidl, Rewe und Penny, sowie viele Restaurants und Bars sind innerhalb von Minuten zu erreichen. Die nächste Bahnhaltestelle ist der Marktplatz, welche ca. 2 Minuten entfernt ist. Zur Uni (im Schloss) brauchst du mit dem Fahrrad ca. 4 Minuten.

Wir sind auf keinen Fall eine Zweckgemeinschaft und unternehmen sehr oft und gerne was miteinander. Deine Mitbewohner werden sein:
Lih, 26, studiert an der Popakademie Musikbusiness.
Sophia, 22, fängt ab September ebenfalls Musikbusiness an der Popakademie an.
Wenn du also mit einem Freund oder Freunden zusammen ziehen möchtest oder dir eine neue WG aufbauen möchtest, wäre das die ultimative Option. Ansonsten sieh es einfach als Chance, dass sich eine neue WG zusammenstellen lässt, bei der du schon voll mit eingebunden sein wirst :)
Wir gehen eigentlich gerne feiern, genießen aber auch mal entspannte Abende - ein gesundes Mittelmaß eben wobei es aktuell eher bei dem genießen der entspannten Abende bleibt und auch gemeinsames Essen, Kochen oder Kaffee trinken gehen :).
Wenn du noch ein Zimmer für den perfekten Start in deiner neuen Heimat suchst, dann bist du hier genau richtig ;)

Dear apartment-hunter,

We are looking for a reliable flatmate for a room in the city center of Mannheim from now. The room is approx. 18 m². The flat is on two floors, there are 2 rooms on each story. The bathroom, toilette, kitchen and also the dining area are on the second floor. Our kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and a dishwasher, we also have a washing machine. Wi-Fi is also included in the rent and we have a TV in the living room. You would have to buy most of the furniture in your room but the price is negotiable. You also would have to pay an amount of money for the shared furniture in the kitchen and living room (such as TV, Kitchen, washing machine and other electronical housholding gaddgets).

Location:
Our flat is centrally located, next to the Marktplatz. Supermarkets like Aldi, Lidl, Rewe and Penny and many bars and restaurants can be reached within minutes. The next tram stop is on Marktplatz which is just 2 minutes away. With the bike you need about 4 minutes to the university (in the castle).

Flat-life:
We are actually living together and hang out a lot. Your flatmates will be Sophia (22) and Lih (26) who are studying music business. We like going out but we're also enjoying a nice relaxed evening – a healthy balance.

Other stuff:
In order to avoid our flat from drowning in all the mess, we have a rotating cleaning plan. We are looking for a considerate, open-minded and just easy-going flatmate.
