Hey!
Hier wird ein Zimmer frei! Da ich weiterziehe, würden sich Patricia (26) und Alina (28) über weitere Gesellschaft sehr freuen! Patricia ist in einer Agentur tätig und Alina ist Grundschullehrerin. Wir lachen viel, grillen ganz gerne auf unserem Balkon oder trinken was zusammen. Natürlich macht aber auch mal jeder seine Zimmertür zu und kann seine Ruhe haben.
Das Zimmer ist ca 20 qm groß und hat eine große Fensterfront und Fischgrat Parkettboden. Die Wände sind weiss.
In der WG gibt es eine Spülmaschine. Die Waschmaschine nehme ich mit, allerdings ist geplant wieder eine gemeinsam anzuschaffen.

Zur Haltestelle „Rosengarten“ ist es 1 Minute. Zum Q6/Q7 Einkaufszentrum läuft man 2 Minuten und um auf die Planken zu kommen benötigt man 3-5 Minuten. Ein Rewe und ein Aldi sind in 1 Minute zu Fuß erreichbar.
Neben unserem entspannten Zusammenleben haben wir einen wöchentlichen Putzplan und eine WG Kasse, da wir uns ein paar allgemeine Sachen auch gerne teilen.
Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet, nur die zwei Lampen an der Wand würden bleiben :)
