wir sind eine nette WG und suchen eine:n sympathische:n Mitbewohner:in zum 1. Juli bis zum 31. August. Internationals sind sehr willkommen!
Die Wohnung ist eine schöne, sanierte Altbauwohnung von ca. 120 qm, hat hohe Decken und ist insgesamt sehr hell und ruhig. Es gibt eine Wohnküche, die komplett ausgestattet ist (Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank Herd, Ofen, etc.).
Das Zimmer das frei wird ist ca. 18 qm groß und wird komplett möbliert (Schrank, Bett, Schreibtisch und Kommode) vermietet.

We are a friendly flat share and are looking for a friendly flat mate for 1 July to 31 August. Internationals are very welcome!
The flat is a beautiful renovated old building flat of approx. 100 sqm, has high ceilings and is altogether very bright and quiet. There is a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, cooker, oven, etc.).
The room that is vacant is approx. 18 sqm and is rented fully furnished (wardrobe, bed, desk and chest of drawers).
Wer bereits Mannheim etwas kennt wird die sehr zentrale Lage der Wohnung sehr zu schätzen wissen. Sie liegt direkt in den Quadraten und ist ideal für Studenten der Uni Mannheim. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle liegt 2 Gehminuten entfernt und der Hauptbahnhof ist in 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Dennoch ist die Wohnung in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen, weshalb es nicht laut ist.

Those who already know Mannheim a little will appreciate the very central location of the flat. It is located directly in the squares and is ideal for students of the University of Mannheim. The tram stop is a 2-minute walk away and the main train station is a 5-minute walk away. Nevertheless, the flat is located in a quiet side street, which is why it is not noisy.
Du würdest zusammen mit Johannes, Oskar und Adriana leben. Wegen einem Praktikum ziehe ich für zwei Monate aus und würde deshalb mein Zimmer untervermieten.
Wir verbringen sehr gerne Zeit zusammen und unternehmen die unterschiedlichsten Dinge miteinander. Von Kochen zu Sport zum Filme schauen - Alles kann nichts muss. Das wichtigste ist gute Kommunikation und Achtsamkeit gegenüber anderen. Falls du dich angesprochen fühlst würden wir uns sehr gerne über eine Nachricht von dir freuen!

You would live together with Johannes, Oskar and Adriana. I am moving out for two months because of an internship and would therefore sublet my room.
We love to spend time together and do all kinds of things together. From cooking to sports to watching movies - everything is possible, nothing is necessary.
