Das Zimmer hat 12 qm, sowie hohe Denken und ein großes Fenster.
Außerdem gibt es in der Wohnung eine geräumige Küche mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine, sowie ein kleines Bad. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss.
Die Möbel würden wir in der Wohnung lassen und für 600€ an unsere Nachmieter*innen weitergeben.
Die Lage ist super. Unsere Wohnung ist direkt gegenüber der Uni. Es dauert nur 4 min in die Innenstadt und 7 min zum Hauptbahnhof. Man kann also alles super zu Fuß erreichen.
Zurzeit wohnen hier drei Mädchen. Da meine Mitbewohnerin und ich jedoch bis zum 20.06 ausziehen wollen. Suchen wir jeweils noch zwei Nachmieter*innen.
