Das zu vergebende Zimmer hat 15 qm. Ist also nicht besonders groß, Schreibtisch, Schrank und Bett passen aber locker rein, auch ein paar Pflanzen stehen momentan drin. Es ist trotzdem nicht zu sehr gedraengt. Das wäre auch nicht weiter schlimm, denn neben deinem zukünftige Zimmer gibt es noch ein Wohnzimer. Momentan ist es leider recht leer, da ich mit meinem schon weiter gezogen bin. Dafür kannst du dich da etwas verwirklichen und der Bude neues Leben einhauchen.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allem was man zum Kochen braucht und hat momentan auch noch meine alte Stereoanlage, die einfach mit Spotify, Airplay und Bluetooth zu verbinden ist.
Ansonsten gibt es noch zwei Balkone, angeschlossen an Küche und Wohnzimmer. Leider habe ich auch hier meine Möbel schon abgebaut und es gilt das Gleiche wie fuer das Wohnzimmer, viel Raum fuer kreative Ideen.
Ach ja, die Toilette is klein aber alles funktioniert, vor kurzem gab es sogar ne neue Toilette von der Vermieterin spendiert. Tatsaechlich gibt es auch ne Badewanne, die ich in den Wintermonaten gerne ma eingelassen habe.

The free room is 15 square meters. It’s not particularly big, but got enough space for a desk, wardrobe and a 1,4 m wide bed, at the moment even some place give the room some life. Still it is not to narrow to move around freely. But that would not be a dealbreaker since there is a living as well. At the moment the room is rather empty since I move my furniture already. However it does not have to stay like this, I think it is even a nice opportunity for you to design the room according to your needs.
The kitchen is fully equipped and even comes with a hifi receiver that support wifi connections like Spotify and Airplay.
Besides there are two balconies, one attached to the living room, the other to the kitchen. Especially the one on the kitchen side is quiet and peaceful. It is at the moment a bit empty though as well and would need some love to make to cozy again, the is still there!
The restroom come with a bathtub, shower and brand new toilet. All is working fine.
Die Lage is eigentlich unschlagbar. Die Rheinhäuserstr ist durch ihre zentrale Lage super an die Innenstadt und den Luisenpark angebunden, falls du schnell aus der Stadt raus willst ist man in 5 Minuten auf der Autobahn. Trotzdem ist die Straße sehr ruhig. Das Haus liegt außerdem an einem großen Hinterhof, auf dem Küchenbalkon lässt es sich also vorzüglich chillen.
Edeka, Lidl, DM ist alles in kurzer Laufdistanz. Wie bereits erwähnt hat man es auch nicht weit zum Luisenpark, wenn einem der Mannheimer Beton mal zu grau wird.

The location is perfect. Rheinhaeuserstr is very well connected to the city centre as well as to Luisenpark and the highway. All of them are reachable in five to ten minutes. Still the street isnt too busy, so you can find peace from the noise of the city if needed.
For your daily needs you will find Edeka, Lidl and DM in walking distance.
Dein Mitbewohner ist aus Serbien, arbeitet in der IT Industrie und spricht leider kein deutsch, dafuer aber fliessend englisch. Ansonsten ist er ein sehr ruhiger, entspannter aber auch redseliger Zeitgenosse. Ein wunderbarer Gesprächspartner und neuerdings auch Brotbäcker. Ich kann getrost sagen, dass ich bisher keinen angenehmeren Mitbewohner hatte als ihn.

Your room mate is from Serbia and works in IT. He is fluent in English. Spending time with him always been a great pleasure. Also he is calm and understanding. Without exagerations, I don't think you will find any better room mate than him.
Besondere Anforderungen an dich bestehen eigentlich keine. Vielleicht wäre es gut, wenn du deine Sturm und Drang Phase hinter dir hast. Da dein zukuenftiger Mitbewohner 5 Tage die Woche arbeitet und nicht jede Nacht auf der Jagd nach der besten Party der Stadt ist. Cool wäre es, wenn du einen aktiven Lebensstil pflegst, dich also gerne auch sportlich verausgabst. Da koenntet ihr auf jeden Fall zusammen kommen.
