In der Miete ist Strom, Heizung, Rundfunkgebühren, und Wi-Fi enthalten. Leider ist das Wi-Fi aber auf ca. 70GB pro Person begrenzt, hier können wir aber gemeinsam nach einer anderen Alternative suchen, wenn das nicht reicht.
Das Zimmer ist frisch gestrichen und hat ca. 20 Quadratmeter. Es hat ein Fenster zur Südseite durch das viel Licht in das Zimmer gelangt.
Es ist teilmöbliert mit Schrank, Futonbett, einem kleinen Tisch und zwei Stühlen.
Wohnung:
Die Wohnung wurde frisch bezogen, ausgemalt, neue Lampen installiert etc. und befindet sich im 4. Stock.
In der Wohnung gibt es eine Küche mit Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Eisfach und eine Waschmaschine.
Das Bad ist ist klein aber fein und verfügt über Dusche, Toilette und Waschbecken.
Außerdem gibt es einen Staubsaugerroboter der täglichen seinen Dienst verrichtet um die Wohnung auch unter der Woche sauber zu halten.

The rent includes electricity, heating, broadcasting fees and Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi is limited to around 70GB per person, but we can look for another alternative together if that's not enough.
The room is freshly painted and has approximately 20 square meters. It has a south-facing window that lets lots of light into the room. It is partially furnished with a closet, futon bed, a small table and two chairs.
Apartment:
The apartment has been freshly moved into, painted, new lamps installed, etc. and is on the 4th floor.
The apartment has a kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment and a washing machine.
The bathroom is small but nice and has a shower, toilet and sink.
There is also a vacuum robot that does its daily work to keep the apartment clean during the week.
Die Wohnung ist in der Schwetzingerstadt in einer ruhigen Parallelstraße zur Seckenheimer Straße.
Ich werde viel verreisen und teilweise monatelang nicht in der WG sein. Umso wichtiger ist es mir dass der Mitbewohner sauber ist und die Wohnung nicht verkommt.
