Hallo,
Ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein helles und geräumiges Zimmer in einer WG in der Schwetzingerstadt. Ich wohne hier seit zweieinhalb Jahren und muss nun leider ausziehen.
Es handelt sich um eine Arbeits-/Masterstudenten-WG, also idealerweise sind Sie jemand in der gleichen Phase. In der Wohnung leben derzeit 3 Frauen und ich, aber es gibt keine Einschränkung für den neuen Mieter, auch eine Frau zu sein.
Wir sind keine rein funktionale WG und werden auch gemeinsame Aktivitäten unternehmen, wie z.B. gemeinsam kochen, bei einem Kaffee durch die Stadt spazieren oder einfach nur nach einem Arbeitstag bei einem Getränk zusammensitzen. Es gibt keinen Druck und die Leute können sich in ihren Zimmern entspannen, wenn sie wollen.
Die Wohnung wird 2 Deutsche und 1 Ukrainerin und kann sowohl Deutsch als auch Englisch sprechen. Die Wohnung hat in letzter Zeit sehr international gewesen, mit einigen aus Großbritannien, Indien, China, so dass ist etwas, das wir auch offen sind.
Zusammen mit dem Zimmer suche ich auch jemanden, der in der Lage ist, alle Möbel im Zimmer zu übernehmen, was ein Bett, ein Sofa, einen Kleiderschrank, einen Schreibtisch und einen Stuhl beinhaltet.

Hi,
I am looking for a new tenant to take over my bright and spacious room in a WG located in Schwetzingerstadt. I have lived here for 2 and a half years and now sadly have to move out.
It is a working/masters students WG, so ideally you are someone at the same stage. In the flat currently there is 3 women and I, but there is no restriction for the new tenant to also be a woman.
We are not a purely functional WG and will also arrange activities together, such as cooking together, walking the city with a coffee or just sitting down with a drink after a day of work. There is no pressure and people are free to relax in their rooms if they wish.
The flat will be 2 Germans and 1 Ukrainian and can speak both German and English. The flat has in recent times been very international, with some coming from UK, India, China so that is something that we are also open to.
Along with the room I am also looking for someone who is able to take over all the furniture in the room which includes; a bed, a sofa, a wardrobe, a desk and chair.
