Mein superschönes, günstiges Zimmer in einer 2-er WG in der toll-gelegenen Schwetzinger Vorstadt sucht eine nette Nachmieterin!
Das Zimmer ist 20m² groß, hell und mit schönem Dielenboden ausgelegt. Es gehört zu einer 45qm-Wohnung, wovon Diele, Bad, Küche und der kleine Balkon zur gemeinsamen Nutzung zur Verfügung stehen. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und verfügt sogar über eine Waschmaschine! Ein Kellerraum, sowie Abstellplätze für's Fahrrad sind auch vorhanden!
Die Möbel müssten allerdings mit übernommen werden. Ablösesumme für Küche und Möbel: 900€ VB :-).
Die WG liegt im 1. OG eines Mehrfamilienhauses in der Schwetzinger Vorstadt...also ganz nah an Uni und City (ca. 10 Min), aber trotzdem recht ruhig gelegen.
Falls du mal keine Lust hast zu laufen...die nächste Bahnhaltestelle ist nur 1 Min. entfernt, zum Bahnhof sind es ebenfalls nur 10 Min.
Auch alle nötigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen.
