The apartment is located in a very lively and pleasant area, with several cafes and restaurants. Shopping facilities such as a large Lidl, Edeka and various stores on Seckenheimer Straße are within walking distance.
Directly nearby is the train stop Weberstraße which takes you to the main train station within 10 minutes. The university and the main shopping street are also within easy reach. Within 10-15 minutes you can also reach the city center on foot. The Autobahn A6 is less than 10 Minutes away by car.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr lebendigen und angenehmen Gegend, mit mehreren Cafés und Restaurants. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie ein großer Lidl, Edeka und diverse Geschäfte an der Seckenheimer Straße sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Unmittelbar in der nähe ist die Bahnhaltestelle Weberstraße womit man innerhalb 10 Minuten den Hauptbahnhof erreicht. Die Universität sowie Haupteinkaufsstraße sind ebenso ähnlich schnell erreichbar.
