Wir wünschen uns eine neue ,nette, zuverlässige Mitbewohnerin 😉 ab 1. September.
Die Wohnung hat 5 Zimmer, eine Küche mit Spülmaschine,Herd,Kühl-Gefrierschrank ,Sofa etc......
und gleich 2 Tageslicht-Bäder mit Badewanne,Dusche und Waschmaschine.
Das Zimmer ist ca 16 gross ,unmöbliert, mit Holzdielenboden,,Zentralheizung,SAT-,Internet-,Phone-Anschluss und kostet 350€ im Monat , incl. Nebenkosten.
W-lan und Fahrradstellplatz gibt es auch ....
Wir wünschen uns eine entspannte Mitbewohnerin die auch mit einem WG-Putzplan leben kann ;)
Seckenheim liegt günstig zwischen Mannheim und Heidelberg Zentrum,
mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Nahverkehrsanbindung (Linie 5- und Bus-Haltestellen ca.5 Min zu Fuß)
oder einfach mit dem Fahrrad im Grünen, am Neckar entlang ins Zentrum!
