Die 34 qm Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses und ist mit einer Küchenzeile und eigenem Badezimmer ausgestattet.
Möbliert ist sie mit allem was man braucht, zwei Betten, ein Tisch, vier Stühle, eine Kommode und zwei Schränke.
Internetanschluss ist vorhanden.
Im Haus befindet sich eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner, beides kann kostenfrei einmal pro Woche genutzt werden.
ÖPNV:
Die Bus- und Straßenbahnhaltestelle MA-Seckenheim Rathaus ist in nur zwei Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, von dort aus fährt regelmäßig die Linie 5 nach Mannheim (15 min) und nach Heidelberg (20 min). Der DHBW Standort Coblitzallee ist in nur 5 min zu erreichen. Außerdem fahren von dort etliche Busse ab.
Einkaufen:
In Seckenheim befindet sich ein Edeka und ein Penny, in Ilveshein zusätzlich noch ein Rewe, alles ist zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar.
Parken:
Direkt gegenüber des Hauses befindet sich ein Parkplatz, wo man immer einen Parkplatz findet und man sein Auto kostenfrei abstellen kann.
