Room is in student-residence complex of Ulmenweg, Mannheim.
I am a student and I would preferably like to rent it to a fellow student.
My room is on the third (top) floor and it is an attic-room. The wall on one-side slopes along with the roof of the building exterior.
Room is fully-furnished, includes a heater, Wi-Fi connection, cupboard, a table, 2 chairs, a rack, a bed with mattress and tap with sink. I would also provide a standing fan and table-lamp. A furnished kitchen including an oven, microwave and coffee-machine along with my utensils would be available in the shared-space.
The flat has 2 toilets and 1 bathroom.
The location has great connectivity to the city. The tram as well as bus-stops are right next to the housing complex (stop name: Ulmenweg). It takes 2 minutes to get there from my room. Trams/Buses are available every 10-20mins.
There are also 3 supermarkets in the area as well as 2 restaurants. Max 5min walk.
My flat-mates and I are all male-students, studying at Mannheim. We are very friendly and like to keep the shared-space very clean.
I don't speak German.
I pay a rent of 240 euros a month but I shall be offering the sublet at a reduced rate as I would be going home for vacation.
Rent would be 200 euros a month if you take the flat for 2 months. Along with a deposit of 100 euros at the beginning of contract which shall be returned upon no damages.
If you intend for a shorter contract (1 month) then rent would be 240 euros and deposit 100 euros.
