Hi,
wir suchen ab sofort bis Ende oder besser Mitte September einen Zwischenmieter für ein wunderschönes 40qm Zimmer!
Wir wohnen 5 min (Fußweg) von der HFK. Zwei von uns studieren auch dort.
Unser Haus hat auf 2 etagen 350 qm, also eine riesen Küche, Halle mit werkstatt, und einen schönen kleinen Hinterhof mit großem Balkon.
Du bist in 3 min im Wallecenter zu Fuß, in 10 min in der Stadt mit der Bahn, die alle 5 bis 10 min fährt.
Die Kaltmiete beträgt 225 Euro, mit ALLEN NK ist man so bei 295 Euro inkl. VDSL-Internet und Heimkino mit Beamer und Xbox :)
Zusammen mit dir wären wir 5 leute im haus. wir sind zwischen 25 und 30. (+1 Katze die wir liebevoll wurst nennen). Platz ist also für alle, ob Mitbewohner oder Mitbewohnerin.
