Search urgently a student WG Suche dringend eine Studenten WG

Hello,
I urgently seek a friendly student WG in Mannheim. I am a clean and tidy person who likes to do tasks in the household. Punctuality is one of my strengths I would say. I'm mostly too early than too late. With me, Spotify and Music is one of the most important things in everyday life. I usually hear American/UK Hip Hop and Drill, Deutschrap, RnB and Afropop. In addition, I am a non-smoking, so it would be desirable if no one smokes inside the WG (smoking on the balcony is fine for me). I sometimes try new recipes, so I would like to cook together. The gym I'd say is my second home. I often go to Gym several times a week and it would be good if my roommates also have some interest in it. I will study corporate law in the Bachelor's first semester at the University of Mannheim, thereby seeking a WG in Mannheim. Greetings,

ich suche dringend eine freundliche Studenten WG in Mannheim. Ich bin eine saubere und ordentliche Person, die Aufgaben im Haushalt gerne erledigt. Pünktlichkeit ist einer meiner Stärken würde ich sagen. Ich bin meistens zu früh da, als zu spät. Bei mir ist Spotify und Musik einer der wichtigsten Dinge im Alltag. Ich höre meistens Amerikanischen/UK Hip Hop und Drill, Deutschrap, RnB und Afropop. Zudem bin ich ein Nichtraucher, deswegen wäre es wünschenswert wenn niemand innen in der WG raucht (Auf dem Balkon rauchen ist für mich in Ordnung). Ich probiere ab und zu auch neue Rezepte, also wäre ich gerne bereit zusammen zu kochen. Das Gym würde ich sagen ist gefühlt mein zweites Zuhause. Ich gehe oft mehrmals in der Woche ins Gym und es wäre gut wenn meine Mitbewohner auch teilweise Interesse daran haben. Ich werde Unternehmensjura im Bachelor im Erstsemester an der Uni Mannheim studieren, dadurch suche ich eine WG in Mannheim.
