Search WG rooms in Mannheim from 1 August :) Suche WG Zimmer in Mannheim ab dem 1. August :)

My name is Paula Kirchherr and I'm looking for a WG room in Mannheim for August 1. The reason for my apartment search is that I would like to study at the University of Mannheim from September 2025 and move from home (Freiburg im Breisgau).
I am 19 years old (above 20) and I want to study Business Administration or Economic Education in Mannheim from September. My chances for one of the two courses are very good. For some financial freedom, I want to work during my studies either as a working student or on a mini-job basis.
I am looking for a WG, which is in the best case central and close to university and from which I can reach everything quickly by bike, on foot or by public transport. A two or three WG would be optimal.
I'm non-smoking and have no pets.
My environment describes me as an open, friendly, funny and social person. I'm tidy, reliable and like to clean it up. In my spare time I like to do and much sports in the form of strength training, jogging, cycling, etc. In the evening, I like to be on my way to pick up bars and clubs, but for a cozy evening with common cooking I am always to have. A relaxed and respectful atmosphere in the WG is very important to me, in which you can have fun together as well as find retreats.

Ich heiße Paula Kirchherr und suche für den 1. August ein WG Zimmer in Mannheim. Grund für meine Wohnungssuche ist, dass ich ab September 2025 an der Universität Mannheim studieren möchte und dafür von Zuhause (Freiburg im Breisgau) ausziehe.
Ich bin 19 Jahre alt (bald 20) und will ab September Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder Wirtschaftspädagogik in Mannheim studieren. Meine Chancen für einen der beiden Studiengänge angenommen zu werden, stehen sehr gut. Für etwas finanzielle Freiheit will ich während meinem Studium entweder als Werkstudent oder auf Minijobbasis arbeiten.
Ich suche eine WG, die im besten Fall zentral und in Universitätsnähe liegt und von der aus ich mit dem Fahrrad, zu Fuß oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln alles zügig erreichen kann. Optimal wäre eine Zweier- oder Dreier WG.
Ich bin Nichtraucherin und habe keine Haustiere.
Mein Umfeld beschreibt mich als offene, freundliche, lustige und gesellige Person. Ich bin ordentlich, zuverlässig und habe es gerne sauber. In meiner Freizeit mache ich gerne und viel Sport in Form von Krafttraining, Joggen, Fahrrad fahren, usw. Abends bin ich gerne auch mal unterwegs, um Bars und Clubs abzuklappern, aber für einen gemütlichen Abend mit gemeinsamem Kochen bin ich auch immer zu haben. Mir ist eine entspannte und respektvolle Atmosphäre in der WG sehr wichtig, in der man sowohl gemeinsam Spaß haben kann als auch Rückzugsorte findet.
