Wegen beruflichem Neuanfang muss ich mich "verkleinern" und suche ab sofort eine preiswerte 1 Zimmer-Whg, möbliertes Zimmer oder Zimmer in WG, bevorzugt möbliert. Gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sollte gegeben sein.
Bin weibl., 42, NR, ohne Anhang / Haustiere etc., mit sicherem Einkommen. Evtl. auch Unterkunft bei älterer Person gegen Mithilfe im Haushalt, Alltag etc.
