☀️Very nice and spacious room in a relaxed and cozy apartment in the middle of the city. The room is perfect for a student planning on studying in Mannheim for at lest one year, preferably even longer (no exchange semester).

The furniture in the pictures must be taken over (bed, desk, shelfs and wardrobe, clothes racket, tv). The furniture price also includes all appliances in the kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, table, chairs, sofa, shelves, glasses, pans, plates, cuttlery..).
The location of the room and the apartmet is amazing, as you can be basically everywhere in 10 min walking, regardless of whether you have to be at Mannheim University, Jungbusch for a drink, or Neckarstadt. Trams 1,4,7,5 are quicly reacheable in 3 min walking time, as well as Nextbikes locations.

The apartment is shared with another girl studying at Mannheim University. The atmosphere in the house is nice and cozy; if tea some the evenings sounds good to you, as much as the respect for personal space and alone time sometimes, this is the right place for you! ☺️
The large kitchen is also perfect to host nice dinners with friends, or running dinners events! 🥳
We also have a weekly cleaning plan to keep the apartment nice and cozy, with everyone contributing to that.
