Das Zimmer ist eins von zwei in der Wohnung. Noch dazu verfügt die Wohnung über einen Flur mit zwei Abstellkammern, ein Bad mit Badewanne/Dusche und Waschmaschine, eine Küche und einen Kellerraum. Im Keller steht auch ein Trockner, der dem ganzen Haus kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt wird.
Das Zimmer ist mit Parkett ausgestattet und bietet genug Platz für ein Bett, eine Couch, einen Kleiderschrank, einen Schreibtisch und noch mehr. Das Zimmer wird leer übergeben (siehe
"Sonstiges"). Die Fenster zeigen nach Osten.
Die angegebenen Zahlen für Miete und Nebenkosten sind für die Hälfte der Wohnung und die weiteren Kosten beziehen sich auf Strom und Internet.
The room is one of two in the apartment. In addition, the apartment has a hallway with two closets, a bathroom with bathtub/shower and washing machine, a kitchen and a cellar room. There is also a dryer in the cellar for the whole house to use free of charge.
The room is very large. If you furnish it properly, there is space for a bed, a couch, a closet and more. The room will be handed over empty (see "Miscellaneous"). The windows face west.
The figures given for rent and service charges are for half of the apartment. Other costs are half of the electricity and internet.
Die Wohnung liegt mitten auf dem Lindenhof. Alles für den täglichen Gebrauch kann man super zu Fuß erreichen - Rewe, Cap Markt (Edeka), Penny, viele Bäckereien, Restaurants, Post, Friseur und mehr. Mittwochs und samstags ist der Wochenmarket offen.
Mit der Straßenbahn Linie 3 (Haltestelle: Windeckstraße, 1 Fußminute entfernt) kann man auch sehr einfach in die Innenstadt fahren, aber der Hauptbahnhof ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar (ca. 8 Minuten).
Auch in der Nähe ist die Rheinpromenade. Wenn man Natur sucht, kann man durch den Waldpark und vom Juli bis Ende Februar auf die Reißinsel laufen.
The apartment is located in the middle of Lindenhof.
Everything for daily life is within walking distance - Rewe, Cap Markt (Edeka), Penny, many bakeries, restaurants, post office, hairdresser and more. Wednesdays and Saturdays there is a market nearby.
The tram line 3 (stop: Windeckstraße) takes you to the city center, but the train station is also within walking distance (ca. 8 minutes).
The Rhine promenade is also nearby. If you are looking for nature, you can walk through the forest park and from July to the end of February to the Reißinsel.

Dein künftiger Mitbewohner wäre Joey, ein junger Mediziner aus Luxemburg. Er hat gerade im Dezember sein Studium abgeschlossen und schreibt zurzeit seine Doktorarbeit. Er ist super freundlich, kocht gerne und ist immer für ein gutes Gespräch bereit.
