Das Zimmer ist ruhig zum Hinterhof gelegen und sehr hell und geräumig. Schreibtisch, Regale, Sessel, Pflanzen und das Sofa können bei Bedarf gerne im Zimmer bleiben. Das Sofa hat darüber hinaus eine sehr bequeme Schlaffunktion und könnte durchaus als Bett verwendet werden (kann ich gerne genauer erklären/zeigen, wenn du dir die WG ansiehst).
Ansonsten besteht die Wohnung noch aus einem gemütlichen Wohnzimmer, einer gut ausgestatteten großen Küche (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine etc.) und dem Bad.
The room is quietly situated towards the backyard and very bright and spacious. Desk, shelves, armchair, plants, and the sofa can stay in the room if needed. Additionally, the sofa has a very comfortable sleeping function and could definitely be used as a bed (I can explain/show it more precisely when you come to check out the WG).
Otherwise, the apartment also consists of a cozy living room, a well-equipped large kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, etc.) and the bathroom.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße zur Seckenheimer. Damit ist alles für den täglichen Bedarf - Edeka, Lidl, Nahkauf, Restaurants/Imbisse, Bars- in nur wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. In 4 min läufst du entweder zur Haltestelle Pestalozzischule oder Weberstraße (6min) und bist nur wenige Haltstellen von den Quadraten und dem Hauptbahnhof entfernt (mit dem Rad jeweils 10 & 5 min).
The apartment is located in a quiet side street off Seckenheimer Straße. This means everything for your daily needs - Edeka, Lidl, Nahkauf, restaurants/snack bars, bars - is within walking distance in just a few minutes. In 4 minutes, you can walk to either the Pestalozzischule or Weberstraße tram stops (6 minutes), and you're only a few stops away from the city center and the main train station (10 & 5 minutes by bike, respectively).
Du würdest mit mir, Katharina, zusammenwohnen. Ich promoviere gerade in meinem dritten Jahr in Psychologie und bin damit irgendwo zwischen Arbeit und Studium - was auch mein Leben ganz gut beschreibt. Ich mache sehr gerne Sport (Fußball, Spikeball, Boxen..) und bin auch ingesamt eine aktive Person, die sich gerne nach Feierabend mit Freund:innen trifft - zum ausgehen, gemeinsam (vegetarisch) kochen, kulturelle Veranstaltungen besuchen etc. Ich arbeite Dienstag-Donnerstag in Trier und lebe dort ebenfalls in einer WG.
Für unser Zusammenleben wünsche ich mir ein harmonisches Miteinander, in dem wir idealerweise nicht nur nebeneinander herleben, sondern auch zusammenleben. Sprich ich würde mich freuen, wenn es dir wichtig ist, als WG auch Zeit zusammen zu verbringen würden - sei es zum Kochen, quatschen, Film schauen, Brettspiele spielen etc. Vielleicht hast du ja auch mal Lust zum Fußball oder Spikeball mitzukommen 😊
You would live with me, Katharina. I'm currently in my third year of psychology PhD, which describes my life somewhere between work and study. I enjoy sports a lot (soccer, spikeball, boxing...) and I'm generally an active person who likes to spend time with friends after work - going out, cooking together (vegetarian), attending cultural events, etc. I work in Trier from Tuesday to Thursday and also live in a shared flat there.
For our living together, I wish for a harmonious coexistence where ideally we not only live alongside each other but also live together. So, I would appreciate it if it's important to you to spend time together as a WG - whether it's cooking, chatting, watching movies, playing board games, etc. Maybe you'd even like to join in for soccer or spikeball sometime 😊
Das Zimmer wird für ein Jahr als Untermietvertrag vermietet - es muss aber nicht genau ein Jahr sein. Alles weitere besprechen wir gerne bei einem persönlichen Kennenlernen oder per Nachricht, falls du noch Fragen hast :)
The room will be rented out as a sublease for a year, but it doesn't have to be exactly one year. We can discuss everything else during a personal meeting or via message if you have any further questions :)
