with us are two rooms free:-)
room 1 shows direction east, so before midday it has a lot of sun:-) it goes out to the courtyard and is accordingly very quiet. on the beautiful balcony is space for two chairs (let me there) and a table, and in summer you can even hang up the laundry there. i take all my furniture with :-)

room 2 goes out to the other side, to southwest with large windows & evening sun :-) it is about 16sqm, without balcony and therefore cheaper (403€) also here all furniture is taken.

zimmer 1 zeigt richtung osten, hat also vormittags viel sonne :-) es geht zum innenhof raus und ist dementsprechend sehr ruhig. auf dem schönen balkon ist platz für zwei stühle (lasse ich da) und ein tisch, und man kann im sommer sogar die wäsche dort aufhängen. meine möbel nehme ich alle mit :-)

zimmer 2 geht zur anderen seite raus, nach südwesten mit großen fenstern & abendsonne :-) es ist ca 16qm, ohne balkon und dadurch günstiger (403€) auch hier werden alle möbel mitgenommen.
