Es werden gebührende Nachfolger, die Lust auf und genügend Energie für eine WG haben, gesucht. (see english text below).
Die Zimmer sind etwa 11m² groß. Die eher kleineren Zimmer werden durch einen riesen Gemeinschaftsbereich (Küche, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Wald- und Meerblick!!) und ein ausladenden Balkon) mehr als wettgemacht. Da die Wohnung sich im Hinterhof befindet, gehen die Zimmerfenster zudem in den ruhigen Innenhof und nicht zur Straße raus! Ein Putzservice für die Gemeinschaftsräume ist inbegriffen.
Die Zimmer sind komplett möbliert (Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch und Stühl), auf Wunsch können aber natürlich auch die eigenen Möbel mitgebracht werden.

From August 2024 3 rooms will be free in the house. The WG is looking for successors with lots of energy and motivation to live in the flat-share.
The rooms are approximately 11m² and are located on the first floor. The rooms are not so large but this is more than compensated by a huge common (party) area consisting of a kitchen, dining and living room and a balcony. Since the flats are at the back of the courtyard with all windows looking over the courtyard they are quiet.
The rooms are completely furnished (bed, wardrobe, desk and chair). The price includes a cleaning service for the shared areas.

Sie wohnen in den Quadraten, super ruhig, trotzdem in direkter Nähe zum Wasserturm und zum Hbf. Mit dem Fahrrad sind Sie in 9 Minuten an der Uni und auch eigentlich sonst überall.
Der Rewe und Aldi sind im gleichen Quadrat direkt um die Ecke und der Marktplatz, das Q6,7 Einkaufszentrum sowie die Mannheimer Shoppingstraße können Sie in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen.

The flat is in the "Quadraten" in a top location of the city. It is very quiet but very central so that the Main Station, Theater and main Shopping streets are very close. The university is 9 minutes by bike. In the same quadrant there are 2 supermarkets (REWE and ALDI) located just round the corner. The new shopping centre Q6,7 and the main shopping streets are 5 minutes away on foot.
Bei insgesamt 10 Leuten in 2 WGs ist eigentlich immer etwas los: seien es gemütliche Pizzaabende oder Hausparties bis spät in die Nacht.
Bislang waren die WGs super multikulti, sodass wir von Deutsch, über Französisch, Spanisch und Italienisch bis hin zu Englisch alles gesprochen haben.

The 2 flats each with 5 rooms are usually very international, with German, English, Irish, French and USA making up an interesting mix of cultures. This is a great experience for international students looking to integrate into the city. English is essential for the WG because the international students communicate with each other in English. For those learning German, there are usually a couple of native speakers in the 2 flat-shares who are happy to practice and help with learning German und explaining German customs!!

The 2 flat-shares are linked to each other so there is a free exchange between the 2 and common areas to reside. Each flat has a separate bathroom and kitchen. Privacy is also available, if required, in the room. Free WiFI is available throughout the flat. All extra costs are included in the fixed 90 Euros you pay monthly (Electricity, Heating, Water, Internet, Hausmeister).
