Hallo, ich suche nach einer/einem Nachmieter*in.
Das Zimmer ist ca 16qm groß und durch ein großes Fenster sehr hell. DAS ZIIMMER IST UNMÖBLIERT.
Die WG hat 2 Badezimmer, du wirst dir das größere Bad mit 2 Mitbewohner*innen teilen. Das Tageslichtbad hat eine Dusche und eine Waschmaschine. Unsere Küche ist komplett neu. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank, einen Tiefkühlschrank und eine Spülmaschine. Da wir einiges zusammen angeschafft haben (z.B. die Waschmaschine), würde ein einmaliger Abschlag von 250€ anfallen.
Im Hof gibt es außerdem einen Abstellraum für Fahrräder.
Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage. Verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (4 min zu Penny) und 2 verschiedene S-Bahn Stationen (5 min) sind fußläufig zur Wohnung. Zum Neckar sind es auch nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß, vor allem im Sommer sind die Neckarwiesen der Hotspot in Mannheim.
In der WG lebt und Fynn (24) und zwei Neue.
Über den Ein und Auszug könnten wir auch noch einmal sprechen, das lässt sich auch um ein paar Tage jeweils anpassen.
