ich biete ein WG Zimmer in Mannheim (Seckenheim), Maxauer Straße Nr. 29, an. Das Zimmer befindet sich im EG und ist Bestandteil eines modern sanierten Altbaus mit Abstellplatz und Vorhof.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und befindet sich nur 4 Minuten Fußweg von der Bahnstation entfernt. Von dort aus hat man perfekte Anbindung zur Innenstadt.
Das Zimmer selbst ist von der Vermieterin möbliert und auch der Rest der Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Die Nettokaltmiete beträgt 400€. Dazu kommen 100€ Nebenkosten.
Da ich in den Praxisphasen meines dualen Studiengangs nicht in Mannheim wohne und zudem noch ein Auslandssemester mache, suche ich im Zeitraum vom 01.06.2023 bis 17.02.2024 eine(n) Untermieter(in). Dabei wäre es auch ok, wenn nicht der komplette Zeitraum abgedeckt wird.
