Ich verlasse Marburg und ziehe deshalb aus meinem gemütlichen Zimmerchen aus.
Das Zimmer hat eine gute Größe und Schlossblick. :)
Das Bad und die kleine aber vollständig ausgestattete Küche würdest du dir mit Jannik teilen. Im Keller gibt es zudem eine Waschmaschine und draußen vorm Haus ist ein kleiner Garten und eine Terrasse, die von den WGs im Haus geteilt werden. :)
Ich würde gerne einen Teil meiner Möbel dir überlassen (falls gewünscht natürlich :D). Für das Bett würde ich einen kleinen Abschlag nehmen, da können wir aber in Ruhe noch drüber sprechen. :)

I’m leaving Marburg, so I’m moving out of my cozy little room.
The room has a good size and a nice view of the castle. :)
You’d share the bathroom and the small but fully equipped kitchen with Jannik. There’s also a washing machine in the basement, and outside in front of the house there’s a small garden and a terrace that are shared by the flats of the building. :)
I'd love to leave you some of my furniture (only if you want it, of course :D). I might ask for a small fee for the bed, but we can talk about that later. :)

Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal! Du würdest in der Oberstadt Marburgs wohnen, bist also in 2min in der Fußgängerzone und dennoch ist das Haus in einer ruhigen Straße gelegen und in 3min bist du ebenfalls im Wald. Bahnhof, Hörsaalgebäude sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr entspannt fußläufig zu erreichen. Falls du auf die Lahnberge oder weiter weg musst, ist die nächste Bushaltestelle in ca. 5min zu erreichen.

The location of the apartment is perfect! You'd live in the upper town of Marburg close to the pedestrian zone and yet the house is located in a quiet street and within 3min you are in the forest. Train station, university as well as shopping facilities are all within walking distance. If you need to go to the Lahnberge or further away, the nearest bus stop is about 5min away.

Du würdest mit Jannik zusammenleben. Jannik hat gerade sein Studium im Lehramt beendet und arbeitet nebenbei im Schichtdienst. Er ist ein entspannter und umgänglicher Mitbewohner und immer für ein Kaffee, Bier, Brettspiel oder Gespräch über Gott und die Welt mit dir zu haben. 🙂 Er wird im Sommer oder Herbst dann ins Ref starten und dafür Marburg verlassen, d.h. ab dann wird sich die WG neu gestalten. :)

You’d be living with Jannik. Jannik just finished his teaching degree and works part-time on rotating shifts as security. He’s a laid-back and easygoing flatmate who’s always up for a coffee, a beer, a board game, or a chat about anything.🙂 He’ll leave Maburg in the summer or fall, which means the living situation will change then and you could seek for another flatmate :)

I have specified the period of rent by the end of June, but you can also stay a little longer in the apartment if you want. But I'd let you know again if my plans have been made concrete.

The 432€ includes all costs (cold rent, advance payment to operating costs, electricity and the internet).

I would take a monthly rental deposit and set up a sub-rental contract with you.:)

Wir haben einen befristeten Mietvertrag bis Ende August 2027, weil die Vermietung dann die Wohnung renovieren will. Es ist aber gut möglich, dass dieses Datum noch nach hinten geschoben wird. :)
